“I am a busy mom of 4 with a full time job. I joined the first ever challenge with AIRFIT in November. I had tried for years to lose my baby weight, but I always seemed to plateau!! With AIRFIT I was joined by others that wanted to be held accountable just like me. I finally did not feel alone in this hard journey to a better me. I learned to accomplish small goals so when I joined the Fitmas challenge I used those small accomplishments to reach and even yet bigger goal. This time it was so rewarding to reach my goals day after day. Adding something more one day at a time. Others commented on how good I was looking as the days went on. I, being very hard on myself did not believe them. I can honestly say that with the help of the other participants in the challenge and AIRFIT by my side I am slowly believing in what others are saying to me and I believe day after day in the results I am getting from the help of AIRFIT!! Everybody is different and everyone sees themselves different, but together we can reach our goals and become AIRFIT!! Building each other up one challenge at a time!!!!”

Working with Ariel has been a true blessing. My goal wasn’t to lose weight, or gain weight, but to just get active and move my body. After a year of being in grad school and working full time (a year on my butt), the next step in bettering myself was to start moving and seeing what my body can do. Ariel worked with me to determine my strengths and areas that could use some improvement. She always checks in to see how I'm doing and if I'm working towards my personal goals outside of the gym (water intake, eating healthier, etc.). She created a workout plan specifically for my goals and my body. She holds me accountable without being overbearing and pushes me to try my best. She does all of this while also being a great friend and listener. Truly thankful and excited to see where we go from here.

“I started doing AIRFIT a few months ago when the Thanksgiving Challenge was announced. I joined because as a new mama, I wanted to meet new people and do something for myself. I recently became a stay at home mom after working in Banking for 5 years. While trying to adapt to a new routine during a pandemic and having a baby, I knew it was important for me to stay active for myself and my family. AirFit helped me prioritize my health and kept me accountable for the goals I set. By completing the Thanksgiving Challenge I was able to increase my milk supply for our little boy, and had more energy to get things done. During the FITMAS challenge, my favorite postpartum leggings became too big, and I’ve instilled great eating and workout habits. SO thankful for the community and wellness that AIRFIT provides!”
